"EXPERIENCE THE DIFFERENCE"
Serving Malibu Since 1947
At Busch Associates we strive to make the process of buying or selling your property as comfortable and satisfying as possible. To ensure that all of your needs and expectations are met or exceeded, our communications are regular and informative.
We are a boutique office, dedicated to providing a superior level of service to the clients that we have the good fortune to represent. We want our clientele to know that they have our full attention and that we are responsive to their needs and requests.
Our office provides a team environment whereby our clients have the opportunity to benefit from the experience derived from being able to draw on the knowledge of multiple brokers.
BUYERS AGENTS
If you are interested in having an agent represent your interests solely, as a Buyer's Agent, then you need look no further. Our Agents have access to all properties available for sale or lease, through the MLS listing system, ensuring you can view any and all of the properties available that suit your criteria. Additionally, Des Coyle holds an Accredited Buyer's Representative certification (ABR) and is a member of REBAC (Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council).
Information on Listings
Simply provide us the address/location of any home/parcel for sale and we'll supply you with extensive details, set up appointments and can skillfully represent you in any of your negotiations. Or supply details of the property that you are considering selling, so that we may prepare a "comparative market valuation" and marketing strategy.
Knowledge of the marketplace
We are familiar with the current Malibu property inventory. Our agents are well trained full time professionals, who have lived in this area for many years, know the community well and are aware of which neighborhoods are preferred and historically have out performed others. This local knowledge can help you make the right informed decision.
